UX/UI + Product + Visual + Interaction
Blue Cross of Idaho: Employer Portal
Designed a new portal for Blue Cross of Idaho employees and partners for helping organize, maintain, and access various tools for employees. From requesting a new health insurance card, paying bills, and accessing forms, this gave BCI users a major upgrade from their previous portal. My role in this project was leading the UI of the product and assisting on user flows with a fellow UX designer.
This web based product is also responsive, but only available for BCI employees and authorized users. It also gave access to other BCI applications as well so employee workflow was not disrupted. The project was a collaborative team effort over the span of several months and working with multiple teams at BCI and internal teams at Hoverstate.
Narcolepsy Link
A site dedicated to the healthcare professionals to learn more about narcolepsy, how to help diagnose, and refer patients to a sleep specialist. Includes an interactive symptom screener, video library, and more. My role in this project was Lead Interaction Designer. This project was a redesign of the old site to match the current marketing campaign with updated information. Visit NarcolepsyLink.com
More Than Tired
Like NarcolepsyLink.com, this site was focused on the average patient. Filled with easier to understand information, this site also features an interactive symptom screener, real life testimonials from patients, and a section to find a sleep specialist. My role in this project was Lead Interaction Designer. This site is also a redesign with updated information to go along with a new national marketing campaign. Visit MoreThanTired.com
XYREM.com
A branded site for a narcolepsy treatment option, this site was recently updated to include information on FDA approval for use on children and adolescents. My role in this project was Lead Interaction Designer on XYREM.com which is the patient version of this site. I also made updates and assisted on the Healthcare Professionals version of this site.
